MILL VALLEY, CA—Auberge Resorts, award-winningowner and operator of boutique luxury hotels, resorts, residencesand private clubs, says it will manage a new resort and destinationspa that will be developed on the site of the former StanlyRanch in the Carneros district of NapaValley.

The project will be developed by Stanly Ranch ResortNapa, LLC. The 110-room resort,VieVage Napa Valley, will be the first developedunder a new lifestyle hospitality brand and infused with theAuberge ethos. Created by the team behind some of North America'smost highly regarded resorts, the new VieVage concept will bringcontemporary themes of design, community, locally sourced food,sustainability, fitness and wellness together in a fresh, activeand social environment.

The company has also developed Auberge duSoleil, the region's first five-star hotel, andEsperanza in Los Cabos, Mexico,Calistoga Ranch, SolageCalistoga, and Aspen's historic HotelJerome.
