TEANECK, NJ—Hanwha International, a SouthKorea-based conglomerate, is relocating its US domesticheadquarters operations from Cranbury to the GlenpointeCentre here, a nice-pick-up for the landlordAlfred Sanzari Enterprises.

At the same time, Sanzari told Teaneck authorities this weekthat it wants to build a 350-room hotel at theGlenpointe complex instead of another office building as it hadplanned earlier this year, because of continuing weakness in thenorthern New Jersey office market.

A Sanzari representative laid out the new plan at a Teaneckcouncil meeting. The new hotel site is adjacent to the existingTeaneck Marriott at Glenpointe hotel and conference center. Theproposed 14-story hotel would provide more choices for guests inTeaneck, according to the company's Wendy Berger.
