MORRIS TOWNSHIP–Rockefeller Groupand K. Hovnanianwill proceed with purchase of the 147-acre HoneywellInternational property herefor an undisclosed sum, contingent on winning local approvals fortheir mixed-use office and residential proposal.
The township Planning Board must initiallyapprove a general plan before a full site plan review canoccur.
The Rockefeller Group of New York City willserve as “Master Developer” of the project. It will be responsiblefor the general overall development of the 147-acre site and theoffice construction. Red Bank-based K. Hovnanian is the homebuilder.
