DULLES, VA—CBRE has been tapped to represent StoneSprings Hospital Center's medical office building currently under construction at 24430 Stone Springs Blvd. The 60,000-square foot building is scheduled to deliver in July 2015, five months before the StoneSprings Hospital Center will open its doors. The building will be attached to the hospital, both of which are owned by Hospital Corp. of America.

The office building will be a good opportunity for healthcare providers to serve an expanding patient base in Loudoun County, said Dan McGivney, Vice President at CBRE, in a prepared statement, adding that the new hospital and medical office building could well prove to be a "catalyst to unlock additional development."

The 240,000-square foot StoneSprings Hospital is projected to employ more than 500 and handle more than 3,200 admissions and nearly 20,000 emergency room visits projected in its first year. It will have 124 beds including 104 medical/ surgical beds, 10 intensive care unit beds, and 10 labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum beds.

CBRE's Ben Powell and McGivney will represent HCA.
