DALLAS–Wood Partners has broken ground onAlta Farmers Market. The 313-unit apartmentcommunity sits on 4.7 acres near the Dallas Farmers Market.

“With the revitalization of the Dallas FarmersMarket next door and a resurgence in Deep Ellum, ourresidents will have great access to restaurants and entertainmentin the area all while being in close proximity to the downtownoffice market,” says Ryan Miller, Wood Partners'development associate.

The four-story, 262,000-square-foot property will include aclubroom, fitness facility, a pool, grilling area, fire put, andcovered outdoor lounge. Alta Farmers Market will include one-, two-and three-bedroom units. Each apartment will have stainless steelappliances, recycled-glass countertops and faux wood flooring. Thebuilding will also have a top-floor deck and lounge with a downtownskyline view.
