SAN ANTONIO–WestRidge at La Cantera has securedits first tenants. Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. has leasedWestRidge One. The 129,016-square-foot office building is part ofUSAA Real Estate Co.'s master-planned office parkhere in San Antonio.

WestRidge One is a class A, four-story building located at 15955La Cantera Parkway. The building, which was developed byPatrinely Group, was built to receive LEEDcertification.

The building was built within walking distance of other LaCantera projects including the 500-key La Cantera HillCountry Resort; The Shops at La Cantera, which includesmore than 150 retail shops and restaurants; as well as the new322-unit luxury residential project. The Residences at LaCantera.
