CHICAGO—Liberty SBF, a full-service commercialreal estate finance company, has already been making loansnationwide, but has just decided to open a Chicago office in theCME Center at 30 S. Wacker Dr. in Chicago. Libertyhas hired Patrick Sullivan, a commercial realestate veteran, to run the new Midwest office and deepen the firm'sregional presence.

As reported in GlobeSt.com, last year the firm alsoopened a new West Coast office in Orange County. Inaddition, Liberty recently relocated to a new headquarters inPhiladelphia, and opened offices in New York, and Boca Raton,FL.

Sullivan has specialized in bridge and alternative lendingproducts.
