MACON, GA—National real estate investment firm BluerockReal Estate LLC of New York City has acquired the 294-unitAnsley Village apartment community here.
The deal was announced by Multi HousingAdvisors, which arranged the sale. RobertStickel, a managing director in MHA's Atlanta office,represented the seller, a joint venture betweenMAA and Thackeray Partners, inthe transaction. Ansley Village is located at 6435 Zebulon Rd. Nofinancial terms of the deal were reported.
Amenities at the property, which was built in 2008, includebusiness center, fitness center, pet park, swimming pool,clubhouse, laundry facilities, a playground and a media center.
