CHESAPEAKE, VA—Wood Partners, an Atlanta-based developer, hasannounced that a $39 million luxury apartment building here, underdevelopment for two years, has delivered. In addition, the 280-unitmultifamily community called Streets of Greenbrier, is already 81%leased.

The complex is located at 929 Wintercress Way, sited onapproximately 13.8 acres. It is also next to the Greenbrier Mall.KBS, Inc. was the general contractor, and Cline Design Associateswas the architect.

When Wood Partners announced it was beginning construction inMarch 2012, it estimated that the community would be open for leasein January 2013, with construction completed in August 2013. Beforeit began construction it had been under development for severalyears.
