ATLANTA—Jon Mayeske, a top broker withCushman & Wakefield's New York brokerageoperations is relocating to Atlanta to be a director in the firm'sbrokerage services group there.


The native of Fairburn, GA, Mayeske will provide strategicconsulting and brokerage services for a variety of high profileprivate and not-for-profit office clients that have retained hisservices in the past, company officials say.

Mayeske was a director in the tenant advisory practice inCushman & Wakefield's New York office for the past eight years.His recent lease signings include a 101,600-square-foot lease withInternap Network Services Corp.; an 84,981-square-foot lease withMBIA Inc.; a 28,681-square-foot lease with Seamless North AmericaLLC (now GrubHub Inc.); a 21,100-square-foot lease with xAd, Inc.;a 35,000-square-foot lease with Lacoste USA; and a48,614-square-foot lease with Penn Mutual.
