LOS ANGELES—In preparation for its September opening, the highlyanticipated arts district mixed-use complexOne Santa Fe Avenue has opened a leasing office.Located at 225 Santa Fe Avenue, the leasing center has begun takingreservations for interested potential tenants to accommodate theincreasing demand for units in the property.

The property has 438 units ranging in size from studio, one- andtwo-bedroom spaces. Designed by Michael Maltzan,the interior units will have open floor plans, city views andhigh-end finishes, like quartz countertops and stainless steelappliances. The building has a luxury, no-edge salt-water pool withcabanas, a rooftop garden and a fitness center with a private yogaroom. The building will also offer full concierge services, aresident clubhouse and a business center.

In addition to the leasing office, One Santa Fe has also signedtwo additional retail tenants, a hair care apothecary calledMalin + Goetz and an ice cream shop, VanLeeuwen Ice Cream. Last month, the mixed-usedevelopment signed a lease for the anchor space with GROWMarkets, which currently has one location in Santa Monica.GROW will occupy a 5,300-square-foot space and fill a much-neededvoid in the arts district for a grocer. The retailplaza, known as The Yards, has space for25 shops and restaurants, so retail leasing for these spaces surelywon't slow down any time soon.
