LOS ANGELES—In preparation for its September opening, the highly anticipated arts district mixed-use complex One Santa Fe Avenue has opened a leasing office. Located at 225 Santa Fe Avenue, the leasing center has begun taking reservations for interested potential tenants to accommodate the increasing demand for units in the property.

The property has 438 units ranging in size from studio, one- and two-bedroom spaces. Designed by Michael Maltzan, the interior units will have open floor plans, city views and high-end finishes, like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has a luxury, no-edge salt-water pool with cabanas, a rooftop garden and a fitness center with a private yoga room. The building will also offer full concierge services, a resident clubhouse and a business center.

In addition to the leasing office, One Santa Fe has also signed two additional retail tenants, a hair care apothecary called Malin + Goetz and an ice cream shop, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.  Last month, the mixed-use development signed a lease for the anchor space with GROW Markets, which currently has one location in Santa Monica. GROW will occupy a 5,300-square-foot space and fill a much-needed void in the arts district for a grocer. The retail plaza, known as The Yards, has space for 25 shops and restaurants, so retail leasing for these spaces surely won't slow down any time soon.

Interested parties can contact the retail center at 855-789-3221.
