POMPANO BEACH, FL—Pool & Patio Realty Inc. has purchased the showroom/distribution building at 2201 W. Atlantic Blvd. here for $4.2 million.
The deal fro the 90,800-square-foot building that was previously a Carl's Furniture store, was announced by Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the seller in the deal. Pool & Patio Realty will use the building as a retail store for Canadian furniture company Pool & Patio.
The seller, Atlantic Blvd. Partners, LLC, was represented by Rick Etner, Chris Metzger, Christopher Thomson, and Julie Miller of Cushman & Wakefield. France Millville Realty, Inc. represented Pool & Patio in the transaction.
“The Pompano submarket activity continues to move forward full speed. This particular property was well suited for the buyer, really a diamond in the rough for their specific use and timing was perfect for the seller,” says Etner, executive director-brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield. “Given the distribution characteristics of the property along with the retail component and location, this should be a home run for the buyer.”
