HOUSTON–Panattoni Development Co. has brokenground on a three-building warehouse/distribution project. Thedevelopment cost is estimated to be $26 million.

Panattoni Partner, Todd King, says this projectis the largest distribution center under construction in Houston'sNorthwest industrial market.

“This location is the bull's eye for tenant and user demand inHouston. We'll deliver a critical mass class A business park wellsuited to meet their needs,” King says.

The buildings will be 441,000 square feet, 155,400 square feetand 67,200 square feet. Located in Beltway CrossingNorthwest at 11802 N. Gessner, the buildings will beoffered for sale or lease.

Cushman & Wakefield has been named broker for theproject.
