PHOENIX—Reputation.com has taken a20,000-square-foot lease, launching a new office in Tempe, Ariz. toopen in July, where it intends to hire as many as 150 people by2015. The property, Anasazi Office Building, is located at 1840 E.Guadalupe Rd. and is owned by Nelson Ranch, Ltdbased in Scottsdale. Nick Miner of ORIONInvestment Real Estate in Scottsdale negotiated thetransaction.

“This was a great opportunity for both the landlord and Rep.comto expand into a property that had been vacant for a couple ofyears. The City of Tempe benefits from a new regional sales officethat will generate higher paying jobs as well,” says Miner, vicepresident at ORION.

Reputation.com has been planning an expansion for a regionalsales office for some time. One of the regional managers was fromTempe and suggested Tempe as a potential candidate for the newoffice. Upon touring several options, the property selected fitmany of their requirements: location to freeways, retail amenitiesand overall economics of the transaction.
