FLORHAM PARK, NJ—Another 16,500 square feet has been leased atthe Florham Park Corporate Center here, in aseries of five transactions.

Advance Realty, which manages the office centerlocated off Columbia Turnpike at 25 A & B Vreeland Rd.,announced the activity. Bryn Cinque andJames Bailey of ColliersInternational represented Advance and StrategicCapital Partners in completing these leases:

  • InformationBuilders, a businesssoftware company, signed a new lease for 3,028 squarefeet. PhilipDwyer, ownerof PJD CorporateRealty, representedthe tenant.
  • Sino Lion, a provider of cosmetic, personal care, healthfood and pharmaceutical products, took 2,057 square feet. Cinqueand Bailey represented both the landlord and tenant in thistransaction.
  • J. Anderson &Associates, an executivesearch firm, signed for 1,907 square feet. TheCushman & Wakefieldteam of Curtis Foster and JerryShifrin represented thetenant.
  • Green & SavitsLLC, a law firm, signed for2,830 square feet. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Jason Harkavy and JamieDrummond represented thetenant.
  • MarketTools,an online market research company,extended its lease for 6,676 square feet. C & W'sJon Williams represented the tenant.

“These five companies are leaders in their respective businesssectors, and all are excellent fits for the property's growingroster of tenants,” said Kurt Padavano, CEO forAdvance.

The office center campus includes a central courtyard andbuildings have full-height atrium lobbies with glass-enclosedelevators. There is an onsite full-service cafeteria, a newLife Time Fitness Center directly across the street and numerousrestaurants and hotels including the Short Hills Hilton and Westinin Morristown nearby. The Livingston Mall and the Mall atShort Hills are also close by.
