HOUSTON–DCT Industrial Trust has pre-leased190,000 square feet of its 362,000-square-foot project, which isstill under construction at DCT Northwest CrossroadsLogistics Centre. Lenox International, aclimate control solutions manufacturer, will occupy the space whenconstruction completes before early 2015.

Construction on this first building began in the second quarterof 2014. At full-build out the industrial park will include 682,000square feet in two buildings. Phase II will beginlater this year.
