Bridge Development Partners just purchasedabout 17 acres at Northwest 112th Avenue and 146th Street inHialeah Gardens. The developer plans to build Bridge PointCrossroads West.
“We have selected growth markets in key areas where we areseeing a healthy demand for quality new class Aindustrial facilities and this location fits thatstrategy,” says Bridge principal Kevin Carroll.Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguezof Cushman & Wakefield's Miami officerepresented Bridge in the acquisition. Financial terms of the dealwere not disclosed.
