SAN JOSE, CA—Irvine, CA-based Bixby Land Co.has sold a recently repositioned office campus on RiverOaks Parkway at Zanker Road here for $52.1 million. Thesale follows Bixby's successfuldevelopment of the office complex into a contemporarywork environment, an investment strategy that the developercontinues to execute throughout the state.

Bixby aggregated the three-building project in two separateacquisitions for $19.5 million back in 2011. Following acomprehensive redesign that transformed the project into a dynamicwork place, Bixby leased the entire 165,000-square-foot campus toNimble Storage for use as the data storage firm'sUS headquarters.
