MIAMI—Los Angeles-based Urban Commons LLC reports it has acquired the 254-room Ramada Hialeah Miami Airport Hotel here.

The Ramada Hialeah, a Wyndham Worldwide hotel, is a full service hotel located approximately seven miles from Miami International Airport. No financial terms of the transaction were released. In a separate announcement, ASAP International Holdings announced it had advised Urban Commons on the purchase of the Ramada Hialeah Miami Airport Hotel. CEO Frank Yuan and CIO Jerome Yuan led the ASAP team on the transaction.

The Ramada Hialeah, which was recently renovated in 2012, features an outdoor pool, fitness center, gift shop, game room, an Internet Kiosk, and more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

Over the last several years, Urban's hotel acquisitions have totaled more than $300 million in asset value. Earlier this year, Urban Commons and Brighton Management announced they had acquired the 333-room Sheraton Pasadena Hotel in Pasadena, CA.
