TACOMA, WA—Point Ruston, LLC is planning to develop 43 luxury waterfront homes here under the brand Century Condominiums at its Point Ruston mixed-use development, a 2 million square feet project on Puget Sound.
The firm will release exclusive information about its second waterfront condominium offering during a preview event on July 17. The project will feature homes starting in the $400's.

The preview event will be hosted in the waterfront Community Lounge in the nearly sold-out Copperline Condominiums. The event will feature previews of the unique condominium home plans, interior finishes, and building features available in the Century Condominiums, which will only be released to those attending the event on July 17.
Currently under construction along nearly one mile of Puget Sound waterfront in Tacoma, Point Ruston is a mixed-use waterfront development that will include housing for up to 3,000 residents, and approximately 2,000,000 total square feet of mixed-use real estate featuring shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation.
