WINTER SPRINGS, FL—A growing healthcare concern in the area hasdecided to acquire the Tuskawilla ProfessionalOffices here for its corporate headquarters.

The deal announced by brokerage firm Avison Young involves thepurchase of the 20,000-square-foot three-story Class B officebuilding at 1030 Spring Villas Point. DPN USA, LLCpurchased the property for $1.375 million from seller AHMINV LLC.

David Duckworth, vice president of investmentsales with Avison Young, represented the seller in its dispositionof the office asset. Duckworth notes that Tuskawilla ProfessionalOffices is located in the relatively small office market ofCasselberry, a submarket of Winter Springs wherethe occupancy rate of class B office buildings is approximately85%.
