BRANCHBURG, NJ—Cimquest Inc., a firm that represents manufacturers of 3D printers, production systems, and design software, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Bedminster to the Fox Hollow Business Center here.

NAI James E. Hanson reports that the firm has signed a long-term lease for 13,350 square feet of space at the Fox Hollow complex located at 3434 Route 22 West in Branchburg. NAI Hanson Vice Presidents Barry Mayer and Arthur Hixson represented Cimquest in the transaction. The building owner is Normandy Fox Hollow LLC.

Cimquest's website lists its headquarters at 1545 US Highway 206, Suite 201 in Bedminster. The firm states that it is leading resource for SolidWorks, Mastercam, and Stratasys3D printers and production systems in the New England and Mid-Atlantic territories.

The deal brings the 42,600-square-foot, Class B flex and R&D building to 100% occupancy.

“Cimquest was attracted to Fox Hollow Business Center due to the flexibility of the space, as well as the building's convenient location on Route 22,” NAI's Mayer says. “Fox Hollow will provide the company with space for its headquarters, training, show room and storage requirements.”
