CHICAGO—DTZ, a leading global property servicesfirm, has appointed Brett Soloway asglobal general counsel.

As a member of DTZ's global leadership team based in Chicago,Soloway will oversee DTZ's worldwide legal activities. He also willplay a critical role in the development and implementation of DTZ'soverall governance and risk management practices and will reportdirectly to Tod Lickerman, DTZ globalchief executive officer.

In his new role, Soloway will be responsible for developing andleading DTZ's corporate legal strategy to promote and protect itsinterests globally. He will provide independent counsel on legaland business matters, and manage the delivery of all legal servicesin a wide range of areas including regulatory compliance,transactions, risk management, employment law, and litigation. Healso will have functional oversight of the regional legal teamscovering the Americas, EMEA, North Asia andAsia Pacific.
