TORRANCE, CA—Voit Real Estate Services hasmoved its Commerce office to Torrance, CA. According to the firm'smanaging director Ian Britton, the move will helpthe firm's brokers “better serve the demand” in the dynamic LosAngeles market place.

Voit's Commerce office has been serving the Los Angeles marketfor the past four years. Led by SVPs Davis Fultsand Brian McLaughlin, the office currently has ateam of four brokers—Derek DeVre, CJCollins, Patrick Haddan andArlene Blanco—but is expecting to expand at thenew Torrance location.

“Driven by client demand, our strategic relocation within theLos Angeles market will continue to strengthen our market share,”Britton explains. The firm has 11 total offices throughout theWestern United States, but Britton says that the L.A. expansion isonly part of Voit's growth strategy. The firm will be positioningthemselves in key growth markets in the Western region whileexpanding brokerage teams and recruiting fresh talent that canserve the firm's customer base.
