To enter participants can go to http://www.realtytrac.com/sweepstakes, or "like" RealtyTrac on Facebook, then complete a short entry form for a chance to win. Existing members of RealtyTrac's Facebook community are also eligible to enter. The sweepstakes runs from July 8, at noon ET to July 14, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

The new RealtyTrac mobile app for iPhone and iPad gives users the ability to view detailed and pertinent real estate information for virtually any US property—more than 125 million nationwide—including foreclosure status and details, estimated market value, property characteristics, property taxes, sales history, open loans, equity and much more.
