PHOENIX—CBRE has negotiated the lease of a77,046 square feet space at Goodyear Crossing Industrial Parklocated at 3801 S. Cotton Lane in Goodyear.
Schoeller Arca Systems, Inc., aNetherlands-based plastic injection molding manufacturer, hasleased the warehouse and distribution space to accommodateproduction from its approximately 150,000-square-foot manufacturingfacility located across the street at 4320 S. Cotton Lane.
Pat Feeney, DanCalihan and Rusty Kennedy of CBRE'sPhoenix office represented the landlord, Indianapolis-basedDuke Realty, in negotiating the long-term leaseagreement. Schoeller Arca Systems was self-represented. The exactfinancial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
