BALTIMORE, MD—The Greysteel Co., is broadeningits footprint to include an office in Pikesville, MD, the companyrecently announced, in order to better serve the greater Baltimorearea.

The DC-based company has been representing investors,developers, and lenders in this market since its establishment afew years ago and with the new office hopes to expand its reachhere, says John Mullen, director of Greysteel'sMid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales Division, in a preparedstatement.

It is marketing for sale Charm City Portfolio, a 77-unitmultifamily property located in Baltimore;

It is requesting offers for Curtis Bay Village, a 132-unitportfolio of multifamily and rowhome properties located inBaltimore.
