SAN ANTONIO–La Cantera Hill Country Resort isabout to undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation. The project willexpand the entire 250 acres of the local property. The luxuryresort is managed by Destination Hotels &Resorts.

“This substantial upgrade will allow the Resort to enhance itsspectacular setting and the exceptional amenities guests have cometo expect,” says Destination Hotels & Resorts Presidentand COO Jamie Sabatier. “It will alsocontinue to position La Cantera Hill Country Resort as aworld-class destination.”

The renovation plan calls for the development of a freestandingspa; a reconfiguration of the front entrance, lobby and lobby bar;a redesign of the San Saba Courtyard; the creationof a junior ballroom; expanded meeting and convention space;redefined restaurants, bar and lounge; as well as the recreation ofthe swimming pools and family areas.
