AUSTIN–Locally-based Oden Hughes has started anew property management division, which will be lead byStephani Park. The industry veteran has worked inthe multifamily property management sector for more than 25years.
“Oden Hughes is well-known for building apartments of thehighest quality, and we will apply the same high standards when itcomes to property management,” Park says.
The property management division will provide a full range ofservices including due diligence, pre-acquisition services, on-siteoperations, lease ups, financial reporting and renovationmanagement. Additionally the division will provide managementservices to third-party class A communities inmajor Texas markets.
