The facility is located at 30826 Santana Street, in Hayward Business Park, which is owned and managed by PS Business Parks.
It was leased to AllModular Systems, Inc., a union modular furniture installation company. Headquartered in Hayward, AllModular Systems, Inc. is a small local emerging company and services the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, CA.
The 54,266 square foot warehouse facility features 8,000 square feet of executive style office, 20'-22' interior clearance height, 7 dock-high doors and 6 grade-level doors. Situated in a well-landscaped business park setting, it features abundant parking and convenient access to Interstate 880.
Greig Lagomarsino, SIOR and Rick Keely of Colliers International's Oakland office represented the landlord and Moises Pelayo of Keller Williams Peninsula Estates represented the tenant in this transaction.
