NEW YORK CITY—Continuing the rapid expansion of its retailleasing division, Eastern Consolidated has added industry veteranBrad Cohen as senior director. The retail leasing expert will focuson landlord advisory services.

Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Cohen was a landlordadvisor at the Shopping Center Group (SCG Retail), where hespearheaded the development of advisory services for the New Yorkoffice and completed numerous transactions on behalf of propertyowners including Equity Residential, Prana Investments, and J.P.Morgan Asset Management. Prior to SCG, Cohen served as a retailleasing agent at Ripco Real Estate for seven years.
