NEW YORK CITY—Due to the consolidation of ContinentalGrain Co., which has occupied the space for decades, the50,000-square-foot duplex penthouse office at 277 ParkAve. has hit the market.

The space on the 49th and 50th floors of The StahlOrganization's building has not been available for leasesince the building was constructed 50 years ago back in 1964. Thebrokerage firm Cassidy Turley has been retained tomarket the space for lease. Continental Grain will be relocating atthe end of 2014 to the General Motors Building on Fifth Avenue.Anticipated occupancy of the penthouse space at 277 Park Ave. isexpected in the first quarter of 2015.
