NEW YORK CITY—Due to the consolidation of Continental Grain Co., which has occupied the space for decades, the 50,000-square-foot duplex penthouse office at 277 Park Ave. has hit the market.

The space on the 49th and 50th floors of The Stahl Organization‘s building has not been available for lease since the building was constructed 50 years ago back in 1964. The brokerage firm Cassidy Turley has been retained to market the space for lease. Continental Grain will be relocating at the end of 2014 to the General Motors Building on Fifth Avenue. Anticipated occupancy of the penthouse space at 277 Park Ave. is expected in the first quarter of 2015.
