ORLANDO—Another industrial park has brokenground in Florida—but this time it's not in Miami. McCraneyProperty Company has the ball rolling on its Bent OakIndustrial Park project in South Orlando.

Bent Oak is the second-largest industrialproject to break ground in Florida this year. It's rising on one ofthe last remaining Central Florida industrialparcels that front the Florida Turnpike.

McCraney is developing the project in its second Orlando jointventure with international real estate investment managerClarion Partners. The 700,000-square-foot, class Awarehouse-distribution project will include twoindustrial buildings.
