NEW YORK CITY—Affinity Health Plan has signed a lease for 95,000square feet of office space at Simone Development Co.'s MetroCenter Atrium mixed-use complex in the Bronx.

Affinity Health Plan is relocating its headquarters from 2500Halsey St. in the outter borough to the Metro Center, a370,000-square-foot office/retail/hotel complex that is nearingcompletion at Simone's 42-acre, multi-building Hutchinson MetroCenter campus.

"With the addition of Affinity Health Plan, the Metro CenterAtrium is approaching full occupancy, making it one of the mostsuccessful new commercial real estate developments in the region,”says Joseph Simone, president of Simone. “The Bronx is enjoying anunprecedented economic renaissance; the leasing activity that wehave experienced over the past six months has been phenomenal.”
