MOORPARK, CA—Nadel Architects has completed therenovations of Moorpark Town Center, a140,000-square-foot shopping center in Moorpark,CA. The architectural firm redesigned the building exterior in aproject that lasted more than two years.

Sunbelt Enterprises, the owner of the shoppingcenter, tapped Nadel to design a more interesting exterior. Nadelcreated a Mediterranean-type village with towers, a tiled roof,trellises, new lighting and new landscaping. The renovation alsoadded an outdoor plaza to the center. Currently, the center'stenants include CVS/pharmacy,Chase, Papa Johns,Sherwin Williams, Round Table andTaco Bell.
