PLEASANTON, CA—Ellie Mae, has signed along-term lease for more than 100,000 square feetof office space that will be the site of its new corporateheadquarters in Pleasanton.

The company, a leading provider of innovative on-demand softwaresolutions and services for the residential mortgage industry,currently occupies two smaller buildings inPleasanton, and will nearly double its existing office space toaccommodate the needs of its growing workforce, which also hasabout doubled in size in the last two years to more than500.
