SALT LAKE CITY—The Salt Lake office of CBRE hasbeen selected by the Sun Products Corporation inthe disposition of a 418,000-square-footindustrial building. Tom Dischmann from CBRE'sSalt Lake office, John Isaacs from the New YorkCity office, and Erik Abrahamson from the Denveroffice will jointly manage the listing.

Built in 1991, and expanded in 2001, the SunProducts building located at 3490 West 1820 Southis one of the only industrial properties of its size currently forsale in Salt Lake. The space functions as a warehouse anddistribution facility with average wall clearances spanning up to30 feet. There is also 4,500 square feet ofon-site office space within the building.

“Sun Products has expanded its operations and located to otherbuildings within the Salt Lake market. As such, it creates a uniqueopportunity for a new owner to purchase one of the largestindustrial buildings in the area,” said Dischmann. “Considering thestrong market fundamentals Utah is experiencing right now, and thecurrent low levels of inventory, this would be an ideal purchasefor either an investor or a business looking to own its ownoperations facility.”
