SALT LAKE CITY—The Salt Lake office of CBRE has been selected by the Sun Products Corporation in the disposition of a 418,000-square-foot industrial building. Tom Dischmann from CBRE's Salt Lake office, John Isaacs from the New York City office, and Erik Abrahamson from the Denver office will jointly manage the listing.

Built in 1991, and expanded in 2001, the Sun Products building located at 3490 West 1820 South is one of the only industrial properties of its size currently for sale in Salt Lake. The space functions as a warehouse and distribution facility with average wall clearances spanning up to 30 feet. There is also 4,500 square feet of on-site office space within the building.

“Sun Products has expanded its operations and located to other buildings within the Salt Lake market. As such, it creates a unique opportunity for a new owner to purchase one of the largest industrial buildings in the area,” said Dischmann. “Considering the strong market fundamentals Utah is experiencing right now, and the current low levels of inventory, this would be an ideal purchase for either an investor or a business looking to own its own operations facility.”
