MIAMI—Avison Young just scored another exclusive leasing assignment. Key Biscayne Properties picked the firm to lease and manage its Key Biscayne Office Centre.
Located at 240 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, FL, the class A office building spans 49,459 square feet and is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Avison is charged with positioning the property for optimal returns on the owner's investment in a recovering market.
This deal comes on the heels of the recent proposal to re-stripe Rickenbacker Causeway, which could bring more business to Key Biscayne. Avison principal Michael Vullis will oversee property management. Avison associate Andrew Bonner will manage leasing.
“As optimism and activity in Key Biscayne continue to increase, the timing is ideal for our management and leasing teams to work closely with ownership to enhance the visibility of the Office Centre,” says Vullis. Vullis says his team will execute “the capital improvements currently underway to strengthen the value of the property and provide ongoing oversight to maintain and increase the asset's worth in the market.”
Key Biscayne Office Centre is located in the heart of Key Biscayne's commercial retail office area. The office building is within walking distance from banks, restaurants, shops, and parks.
