IRVINE, CA—Jones Lang LaSalle, has represented J & R Main Street, LLC in the acquisition of a 143,695-square foot office building and adjoining one-story data center at 2525 Main St. in Irvine. The deal off-market, and J & R Main Street paid $36 million for the building or approximately $250/RSF.

JLL Orange County’s Joe Bevan, represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, Main Street Office Partners, LLC, was represented by David Dowd of Cushman & Wakefield.  Bevan along with JLL Orange County’s Wade Clark and Bryce Mordoff have been retained to handle leasing at the building.  JLL’s Property Management team has been selected to manage the building.  The building has immediate availability for users up to 25,000 square feet with building top signage and up to 6:1,000 parking available.
