PARAMUS, NJ— United Water Management & Services Inc., a sustainable water and wastewater management solutions provider, has signed a new 20-year, 116,360-square-foot lease at Mack-Cali Realty Corp.'s Mack-Cali Centre VI, located at 461 From Rd., the REIT said Wednesday. The deal brings the 253,554-square-foot office property to 86.5% leased.
United Water was recently awarded $5.5 million in tax credits from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, through its Grow New Jersey Assistance Program, to remain in the state. According to published reports, the company, headquartered in Harrington Park since the late 1970s, was considering a move to Rockland County in New York State as it weighed its options this past spring.
