DALLAS—Colliers International North Texas saysreal estate veteran, Bo Estes, has joined itsteam. Estes brings more than 35 years ofexperience specializing in office tenant representationand corporate services in both the Dallas/Fort Worth market andacross the country.

Estes joins Colliers from Newmark Grubb KnightFrank, where he served as a managing director for GlobalCorporate Services. Estes began his career with HankDickerson & Company, where he served as associate andlater as vice president of the firm, becoming amulti-million-dollar producer. In1983, he joined Hines Industrial,as director of marketing where he established a staff and headedthe leasing efforts for an entire portfolio of 14low, mid and high-rise office properties in Dallas/Fort Worth,totaling more than a half billion dollars. Estes joined thewell-known downtown Dallas firm of Bell & Hocker,Inc. in 1986, where he successfully negotiated leases formajor tenants in some of Dallas' most prominent office addresses.After a merger with Grubb & Ellis in June of1994, Estes has consistently been a top producer year in and yearout as senior vice president, making the Circle ofExcellence multiple years.
