FORT WORTH, TX—Crescent Real Estate HoldingsLLC has made several promotions that it says will positionthe company to develop new commercial real estate opportunities.Currently, Crescent Real Estate is taking advantage of strongmarkets to develop select office and retail properties in Dallasand Houston.

Joseph Pitchford has been promoted to managingdirector. Pitchford is responsible for identifying newopportunities to expand Crescent's development capabilities. Theseresponsibilities include oversight for two new developments, theMcKinney & Olive and 6 HoustonCenter projects in Dallas and Houston, respectively. Sincejoining Crescent in February 2006, Pitchford has providedsignificant contributions developing Crescent projects, includingThe Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences in Dallasand 3883 Hughes Center in Las Vegas.

Pitchford has more than twenty-five years experience incommercial real estate, mostly focused on real estate developmentand project management.
