NEW YORK CITY—RFR has announced a new lease at 90 Fifth Ave., anoffice building that the company recently reintroduced to themarket following a repositioning campaign. Technology-driven realestate brokerage Urban Compass has signed a lease for 25,000 squarefeet of new office space at the property, an 11-story building onthe northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and 14thStreet. The new space is just a block away from UrbanCompass' current Union Square headquarters, where the firm hasoccupied 9,000 square feet since March of this year.

AJ Camhi and Oliver Katcher of RFR represented the landlord inthe transaction. Ethan Silverstein and Mark Mandell of Cushman& Wakefield represented Urban Compass.

Cushman & Wakefield has represented F+W—a content andecommerce company—in a new lease at 1140 Broadway, located at thenortheast corner of 26th street in Midtown South. F+W,which will relocate from 38 East 29th Street, willoccupy 8,500 square feet on the entire 14th floor in the17-story office building. Cushman & Wakefield's Alan Wildes,Executive Director, represented the tenant in the long-termtransaction. Michael Joseph and Andrew Roos of ColliersInternational represented the landlord, 1140 LLC, in thetransaction.
