ATLANTA—Buckhead is getting another office tower— Atlanta'sfirst new major office project to be started in seven years.Tishman Speyer is launching construction on itsThree Alliance Center project on Aug. 1 with deliver expected inSept. 2016.

The 30-story, 500,000-square-foot office building will completethe Alliance Center development, which includes two office towersand a five-star residential tower in Buckhead. Three AllianceCenter will stand closest to Buckhead's gateway intersection of GA400 and The Buckhead Loop.
