IRVINE, CA—Avison Young's Irvine office hasadded Keith Kropfl and MichaelGanz to its team. The commercial realestate professionals' expertise will “provide Avison Youngwith tremendous leverage as the firm continues to expand itsretail and enterprise-solutions services,”according to Christopher Cooper, principal andmanaging director of the company's Southern California region. Theduo was most recently with Voit Real EstateServices in Irvine, where they served as SVP an associate,respectively.

Effective immediately, Kropfl becomes a principal and Ganz joinsas an associate. Kropfl will focus on expanding the firm's retailand enterprise-solutions services in Orange County, with anemphasis on large and mid-cap corporate retail-occupier strategy,site selection, leasing, acquisitions anddevelopment. Ganz will continue his partnershipwith Kropfl as they collectively grow their business, whileservicing new and existing clients.
