The Gramercy, named after the iconic New York City park, isscheduled to open in phases beginning this Fall.The lifestyle village will capture the ambience of energetic citylife with a nine-story high-rise featuring85 residences and a private rooftop pool and partydeck, a four-story mid-rise with 160residences overlooking a second pool and well-appointedgathering area with bountiful amenities perfect for socializing andentertaining including fire pits, cabanas, barbecues and more. Thesetting is resplendent with flourishing landscapes, ample patios,and a promenade where guests and residents can host private andcommunity events, as well as many distinctive dining and retailofferings.

The Krausz Companies and WGH Partners designed The Gramercy toappeal to the city's growing young professional clientele, ages 25to 45, who seek unique culinary and social options in a convenientand aesthetically-pleasing location. The Gramercy strives to offeran eclectic mix of local favorites as well as new concepts createdby reputable names.

The newest anchor-space tenants include, AlexStratta, former Wynn chef, offering a newculinary approach on Italian steakhouse meets traditional Americancuisine. Diners will enjoy the intimate 5,300 square-footrestaurant nestled in the prominent corner space complemented byfloor-to-ceiling windows and a versatile glass-enclosed patio witha premium Strip view. Fresh pasta and flatbreads prepared in awood-burning oven, steaks, and a shellfish and raw bar, all offeredat an approachable price, will entice guests to dine while liveentertainment and happy hour will provide the perfect elixir tounwind and feel at home.

Brunch, lunch and dinner hot spot, DW Bistro,will debut its second location and new market concept, DWMarket, at The Gramercy. Spanning a spacious 8,000 squarefeet met by an airy courtyard patio, the Jamaicanand New Mexican restaurant will offer a conceptsimilar to Dean & Deluca but with their ownsignature expression and well-known orange palette design that hasgarnered a significant local following. Customers will experiencean array of culinary and artisanal finds ranging from grab-and-gomeals, a walk-up counter offering hot dishes prepared in an openkitchen, a fresh bakery area featuring decadent scones andpastries, and a floral boutique adding serene scents and color tothe market area. Former Strip aerialist, Holley Steeley, will serve up her secondcoffeehouse location, The Cuppa, located directlynext to DW Market. Steeley's particular technique of grinding thebeans during beverage order and using a pour over method hasprovided the freshest coffee creations and formed a vast followingof devotees.
