WASHINGTON, DC—That didn't take long. Cassidy Turley began marketing 11 Dupont Circle, a nine-story 155,713-square-foot office building in May on behalf of BlackRock Realty. Now, according to media reports in Bisnow that was confirmed to us by a separate source, a buyer has been found and will acquire the building for $88.5 million.

Brickman Associates shelled out $54.5 million to acquire the 149,000-square foot office building at 11 Dupont Circle in 2005.

The property then traded for $62.1 million in 2006. The office building is fully leased but its best known tenant is the street-level retailers Books-A-Million, which arguably serves as one of the anchors of Dupont Circle.
