TUCKER, GA—British multinational infrastructure, manufacturingand process provider AMEC's U.S. Power& Process business has expanded its presence at theLakeside Center office park here.
AMEC's Power & Process Americas business has signed a leaserenewal and expansion for 111,919 square feet of space at theproperty, according to Cushman & Wakefield,which represented the tenant in the transaction. AMEC is one of theworld's leading engineering, project management and consultancycompanies.
The long-term lease renewal expands AMEC's space in the200,479-square-foot office building at 1979 Lakeside Parkway by14,282 square feet. C&W's Sam Hollis,Clinton McKellar, HeatherGulesserian and Ken Ashley of the firm'sbrokerage group in Atlanta represented AMEC in the leasetransaction. Peter McGuone of CBRE represented theowner, AEW Capital Management.
