LOS ANGELES—CBRE Group says it has acquiredParagon Project Management Pty Ltd, a leadingspecialized project management company.
The acquisition materially strengthens CBRE's position as aleader in corporate real estate services in the Pacific region, thefirm says. Paragon's national team of 26professionals will be integrated with CBRE's existingproject management division in Pacific. The combined operation willemploy a staff of 70 project managementprofessionals with broad and deep capabilities.
Tom Southern, president and CEO of CBRE'sAustralian & New Zealand operations, said the acquisitionreflects the company's continued focus on the growth of its GlobalCorporate Services business.
